How did you find Krav Maga?
I was introduced to Krav by a friend of mine back in 2001 when I was looking to train in a new martial art. When I came in for trial sessions, I saw fight classes doing full contact sparring… I was hooked!
What do you want students to get out of training with you?
If you show up willing to train hard… I am willing to work with you. My goal is to help students understand that anyone can grow to become really effective at using Krav Maga for self-defense. It doesn't depend on your background, size, age, or level of athleticism; every student can find their particular advantage with the right training mindset.

What do you want students to get out of training with you?
I want every student to walk out knowing they can get themselves out of a bad situation. That's the whole point. Krav works regardless of your size, age, or athletic background – but you have to be willing to put in the work. Show up ready to train, and I'll meet you there.

What do you want students to get out of training with you?
Self-defense matters because the real world can be scary — but training doesn't have to be. I want students to work hard, laugh, move, make mistakes, and build skills in an environment where they feel challenged, supported, and safe. We learn better when we're engaged, and yes, when we're having fun.
